- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote home health care services in the local community
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, and senior living communities
- Manage social media channels and digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Plan and coordinate community outreach events and networking opportunities
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and content
- Identify new business development opportunities within the Durham Region market
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or senior services is a strong asset
- Ability to maintain rapport in community relations
- Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM software
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for local travel within Ajax and surrounding areas
